I'm Portuguese film and video professional with a special fascination for stories which blur the line between fantasy and reality. How magical, fantastic, and strange normal objects can appear in the real world when you stop and look at them.

I've been moving from place to place since the age of two. From the tips of Africa to the corners of Asia, and now I find myself in the heart of Europe, working in advertising for a living, and producing, writing and directing animation films to keep myself alive.

I love filming people when they do not notice… I love getting lost in places… I love every hour of the sun, and the way it dries my skin. I love how the waves burry my feet when they hit the shore. I love the feeling of peanut butter sticking in my mouth, and how spice make me cry. I love everything about dogs… but especially their paws...

I hate flying, but I do it more often than I wish. I hate the alarm-clock in the morning and waking up before the sun rises. I hate people who eat popcorn at the movies. cinema and especially those who talk in the middle of a movie. I hate injustice.
I'm scared of driving, I'm scared of dying, I'm scared of turning into a disappointment. I'm scared of forgetting... 

In a nutshell... I'm just a very unspectacular human being.
